The app stopped opening: Beta builds are signed for a fixed period and stop launching when it ends. Reinstalling the current beta fixes it; nothing you saved is lost by reinstalling.
The Lock Screen counter: Start it from Settings inside the app. It appears on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island while a rite is in progress, and carries a button that advances the count while the phone stays locked.
My counts are gone: Counts live only on the phone. Deleting the app, or restoring a backup made before you started, clears them. There is no cloud copy to pull them back from.
A text looks wrong: Please say which dua and what you expected, and cite your copy if you have one. Corrections to the Arabic are the most useful thing anyone sends, by request or to abel.bacchus@icloud.com.
