Privacy policy

Multazam collects nothing and sends nothing. There is no server.

Effective 4 November 2026

What is collected

Nothing. Multazam gathers no personal information, no device identifiers, no advertising identifiers, no analytics and no crash reports. There is no account to create and no way to sign in.

What stays on your phone

The app saves a small amount of information so it can remember where you are:

  • Your Tawaf and Sa‘i counts, and your place in a litany.
  • Any duas you add yourself, and the settings you choose.

All of it is written to your device’s own storage. It is never transmitted, and the author cannot read it, recover it or restore it for you.

Network use

Multazam makes no network requests. Every Arabic text, translation and source note is compiled into the app before it is installed, which is why it works with no signal at all.

Third parties

There are none. The app contains no advertising network, no analytics library, no social sign-in and no third-party software development kit of any kind.

Children

Because nothing is collected from anyone, nothing is collected from children either.

Your rights

Deleting the app deletes everything it ever saved. There is no copy elsewhere, so there is nothing to request, export or erase from a server.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it, and the previous wording is replaced rather than hidden.
